WAXING SERVICES We regret that we cannot perform waxing services on clients who are using Accutane, Retin-A, or antibiotics due to the sensitivity these products cause the skin. An average of 3 months of continuous waxing services is required to slow down hair regrowth. Regular exfoliating treatments are recommended to prevent or to minimize ingrown hairs. Don’t use any deodorant the morning prior to your hair removal service for underarms. After waxing, please allow 24 hours before sunbathing or using a tanning bed. Newly-waxed skin is more sensitive to sun and will burn easily. Wait at least four hours before applying make-up or lotions. Also, keep you fingers away from treated area to avoid the transfer of bacteria from you fingers. If you are planning a vacation to a sun destination or preparing for a special occasion, we recommend that you schedule your waxing services 3 to 5 days prior to your departure or event. If this is your first waxing service, or if you tend to be sensitive to waxing treatments, you may wish to take an aspirin 30 minutes prior to your appointment. For women on menstrual cycle, we advise you to take pain relieving medicine, like aspirin, 2 hours prior to your appointment.
BODY WAXING SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS: Waxing - hair growth must be approximately 1/8-inch in length (3 to 4 weeks of hair growth).
WAXING SERVICES Waxing services will not be performed on any clients using Accutane, Retin A or any like product that sensitizes the skin. Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
